How it works

Connect your sources once. Ask in plain language.

The platform reads from the places your information already lives. Nothing is copied into a new silo that you have to maintain by hand.

Documents

Collections of files such as manuals, policies and recipes, searched by meaning rather than keywords.

Databases

Business data such as customers, orders and transactions, queried safely and read-only.

Logs

Operational and audit records held in OpenSearch.

Web services

Any service described by an OpenAPI document, so existing systems can be asked questions too.

You can set up as many of each as you need: several document collections, several databases, and so on.

  1. 1

    Sources

Documents, databases, logs and web services, each added once and reused everywhere.

  2. 2

    Knowledge domains

Sources grouped by business subject, for example "Retail banking" or "Recipes".

  3. 3

    Agents

An agent is given one knowledge domain to search, or is allowed to search all of them.

  4. 4

    People

Users simply chat. They only ever see what their role and tenant allow.

Every configuration change needs a second person's approval and is recorded in an audit trail.
